Following a successful phased return of K-5 students to the district\u2019s three elementary buildings over fall, Lynden Middle School and Lynden High School welcomed a large group of students for the first time on Nov. 16.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the need for physical distancing within the LMS and LHS buildings, both schools have adopted a hybrid approach. Half the students, divided by the first letter of their last name, will attend school in-person on Monday and Wednesday and remotely on Tuesday and Thursday and the other half will operate on an opposite schedule.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All students and staff are screened through the safety protocols developed in conjunction with state and local health officials.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In-person learning is happening at all Lynden Schools buildings as of Monday, Nov. 16.
