Update to meal kit distribution times

With the Lynden Schools calendar in flux thanks to the return to in-person learning across all schools, Lynden Food Service has announced a change to dates for meal distribution.

For the week of Nov. 9, the five-day meal distribution will happen on Thursday, Nov. 12, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at all three elementary schools — Bernice Vossbeck, Fisher and Isom — and Lynden Middle School. There is no distribution at Lynden High School. 

For the week of Nov. 16, the date for the five-day meal distribution is Friday, Nov. 20, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the above locations. 

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the five-day meal distribution for the week of Nov. 23 will happen on Wednesday, Nov. 25. This date includes a new time of 1 to 3 p.m.
